Ascension Health - St. John's Health System - Detroit, MI Applications Project Management, Implementation, and Support Client Needs St John's in undertaking a large net new hospital implementation of Siemens Patient Accounting, Patient Management, Orders, Testing Scripts, EAD and HDX Implementation in addition to Cerner Clinical Testing Coordination. FCP Involvement A team of FCP resources has been involved in the implementation of Siemens INVISION Patient Accounting Patient Management, Orders, EAD, and HDX Implementation and Support for St. John's new hospital, Providence Park. This includes project management, application design/build, interface testing, and support of additional Siemens products at currently installed hospitals. In addition, FCP team managed the implementation of non-Siemens Medical Records, Patient Tracking, Patient Financial Services applications, and Cerner Clinical Suite Testing and Scripting. Children's Hospital and Regional Medical Center - Seattle, WA Cerner Millennium System Implementation and Support Client Needs The Seattle Children's Hospital has taken on the substantial task of implementing both the Cerner Millennium Clinical suite of applications at the same time as implementing Epic ADT and Revenue Cycle applications. The effort involves a great deal of coordination, information sharing, and specialized expertise at every stage of the rollout. A majority of the internal team is involved in the Epic transition which has left void on the Cerner team that threatened to impact timelines. FCP Involvement FCP provides experienced Cerner Millennium specialists to support currently implemented product while other FCP resources help with the continued clinical suite implementation. In addition, FCP provided EPIC trained and certified consultants that are assisting with the client's Epic transition team with Cerner integration and financial systems knowledge are essential to the projects success. Swedish Medical Center - Seattle, WA Legacy System Support During Major Clinical System Implementation Client Needs A large, complex, integrated healthcare delivery system with a best of breed approach to HIS, CIS, and financial systems. The health system needed to team with a consulting firm offering management and resource expertise in variety of systems including; Cerner, Siemens, McKesson, and other unique ancillary systems. This team would become a part of the IT structure supporting the above systems during a major implementation involving internal employees. FCP Involvement FCP provided consultants with deep experience in healthcare and the systems that needed to be supported, maintained, and optimized. In addition, FCP was able to provide full time oversight and act as a conduit to this large team and the organizations leadership. The consultants assumed a multitude of strategic roles across the clinical, patient management, ancillary, training, and interface departments, advising not only IT but hospital decision makers. University of Pittsburgh Medical Center- Pittsburgh, PA Entity Wide Integration Analysis, Design, Build, and Implementation Client Needs A complex 20 plus entity healthcare delivery system with a massive variety HIS, CIS, financial, decision support, integration platforms and home grown systems. The health system needed to team with a consulting firm offering integration resources that could make an impact immediately. Cerner, Siemens, McKesson, IDX, Lawson and many other systems are involved in a major interoperability project. This team would become a part of the integration team structure supporting the project. FCP Involvement FCP provides integration consultants with deep experience in healthcare and the complex custom interfaces needed for this projects success. In addition, FCP is able to provide cross training and knowledge transfer to internal team members. Boston Software Systems - Boston, MA Development Services to Boston Software Systems Clients Client Needs BSS is a vendor of integration software that allows healthcare facilities of all sizes to create more efficient processes, automate common tasks, speed completion of conversion and migration projects and integrate new applications, systems and devices quickly and easily FCP Involvement FCP provides custom integration consultants with deep experience in healthcare, Boston Software Systems, and the methodologies needed for Boston Software clients (Health IT Software and Service Vendors) to complete conversions, migrations, and implementations without their own integration services team or the hospitals internal resources. |
