  Fixed Term Employee  
    FCP's fixed term personnel enjoy the flexibility of a contracted relationship while holding employment status with FCP. This employment option allows you to choose the projects you wish to work, how long you wish to be engaged, manage travel expectations, all while remaining and employee of FCP. You will be compensated on an hourly basis in our standard payroll distribution including expense reimbursement. In addition, you will experience the support of the FCP sales, marketing, and management team. For projects durations of three months or more, FCP offers access to our benefits program (medical, dental, life and retirement plans).

FCP strives to create long term relationships with our contract based associates. As your current engagement is nearing completion or if you are ready to make a change FCP has the flexibility to make offer the optimum employment option for you.

Fixed Term Employee with Benefits

FCP offers our associates a plan for those who need benefits but would still like the ability to choose projects. You have access to a set of benefits and they are paid through the negotiated hourly rate for each project. You can experience the best of both worlds; the independence of a contract relationship and access to some of the benefits of a salaried employee.

Employees are eligible for the following benefits when their project contract includes a client commitment of at least three months:
Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance (Cost is built into your hourly rate calculations)
401(k) Enrollment
Life Insurance

Fixed Term Employee without Benefits

FCP offers our associates a plan for those who do not need the assistance of the Fixed Term with Benefits plan. As a result, the hourly compensation will be higher. Of course you will receive all the other advantages of being a Fixed Term employee with FCP, including the support of sales, marketing, and the management team.
