FCP has many partners in our success and independent contractors are a vital component to offering our clients the most talented resources at the optimum times. The FCP culture and personality are important to maintain and we look for independent contractors who share the same values as our employees.
As an Independent subcontractor you are considered a part of the FCP team. Our sales, marketing, and operations team will support you in identifying your first client or project as well as future engagements. However, as an independent, you decide if you are interested in the engagement opportunities FCP has to offer.
FCP's subcontractors earn some of the industry's highest wages. As an independent subcontractor, you will be paid hourly per project. You invoice FCP monthly for your services and we pay you every 30 days. Your practice manager and sales support team will communicate with you regularly to discuss your projects success and challenges. You are given an employee email account and access to FCP's virtual time and expense entry system.
An Employee Identification Number (EIN) is required before the commencement of work, yet any business entity status makes you eligible for employment (Inc., LLC, sole proprietorship). You are also required to carry your own insurance.
