FCP is actively recruiting a Revenue Cycle Project Manager (PMI Cert) to provide consulting services to our growing hospital and vendor integration customer base.

Open Position: Revenue Cycle Project Manager Requirements

  • 5+ years managing large and medium scale revenue cycle projects

  • 5+ years healthcare IT experience (hospital/provider)

  • Experience managing remote project team members

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with PFS Directors and hospital Executives

  • Thorough understanding of the healthcare revenue cycle process

  • Proficient with Microsoft Project, Visio and Excel

  • Proven ability to accurately estimate and plan project costs and timelines

  • Experience in developing and managing project budgets and forecasts

  • Experience working with healthcare application vendor resources and contracting

  • Understanding of application integration processes and interface implementation

  • Ability to identify and recommend options for improvement in project delivery

  • Expert organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and timelines


Skills:

  • PMI Certification

  • 5+ years experience as healthcare application analyst, lead or manager

  • Previous experience managing Meditech, Siemens INVISION or MS4, Epic, Eclipsys or McKesson projects

  • Previous use of defined Project Management Methodologies

Candidate must reside within the Phoenix, AZ metro area. Relocation assistance available.
