FCP is actively recruiting a Revenue Cycle Project Manager (PMI Cert) to provide consulting services to our growing hospital and vendor integration customer base.

Open Position: Revenue Cycle Project Manager Requirements
- 5+ years managing large and medium scale revenue cycle projects
- 5+ years healthcare IT experience (hospital/provider)
- Experience managing remote project team members
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with PFS Directors and hospital Executives
- Thorough understanding of the healthcare revenue cycle process
- Proficient with Microsoft Project, Visio and Excel
- Proven ability to accurately estimate and plan project costs and timelines
- Experience in developing and managing project budgets and forecasts
- Experience working with healthcare application vendor resources and contracting
- Understanding of application integration processes and interface implementation
- Ability to identify and recommend options for improvement in project delivery
- Expert organizational and time management skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and timelines
Skills:
- PMI Certification
- 5+ years experience as healthcare application analyst, lead or manager
- Previous experience managing Meditech, Siemens INVISION or MS4, Epic, Eclipsys or McKesson projects
- Previous use of defined Project Management Methodologies
